Fees and rates
- Weekly weekday lessons: R350 per hour for learners who commit to a recurring weekly time slot on weekdays (Monday–Friday). This reflects a dedicated slot reserved for you each week.
- Standard rate: R450 per hour for lessons that are not on a weekly weekday commitment—this includes Saturday and Sunday lessons, ad hoc bookings, and non-weekly arrangements.
- Group lessons (in person): Small-group sessions in Randburg may be arranged at a discounted per-learner rate. Pricing is agreed when you book—contact us for a quote.
Lesson length is 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Booking and payment
Bookings are made through Google Calendar Appointment Schedules (or as confirmed with you). Payment arrangements and the applicable rate are confirmed when you book. Learners with a weekly lesson commitment are invoiced monthly; Other lessons are payable upfront, unless otherwise arranged.
Rescheduling and cancellations
- If you need to change a lesson, please give at least 24 hours' notice. We will do our best to reschedule to another mutually convenient time within the same week, where possible.
- If we need to reschedule a lesson on our side, we will work with you to find a mutually convenient time to make up the session.
Attendance and missed lessons
If a learner does not attend a scheduled lesson and has not given prior notice, the lesson is treated as missed: the session is forfeited and the full fee for that lesson still applies, because the time was reserved exclusively for them.
Service details
One-to-one lessons are conducted online via Google Meet unless otherwise agreed. In-person group sessions are offered in Randburg by arrangement. Availability depends on the tutor's schedule. By booking, you agree to these terms.
Liability
We provide educational services as-is. Every1Accounts is not liable for academic outcomes or indirect damages. Force majeure events may lead to rescheduling without charge.
